Design & Materials
Create a collar that is theirs. Choose a white or brown base, then select the decorative charms you want in the interactive DIY studio.
Charm positions: S and M have three individual positions; L and XL have five. The choices available for each design are shown in the studio.
Materials and finishes: These vary with the selected charm and collar configuration. For material details about a specific combination, contact support@kinriot.com before ordering.
Wear and care: Decorative pet jewelry for supervised wear. Keep small detachable elements away from chewing pets and remove the collar when unattended or resting.
Size & Fit
Measure around the base of your pet’s neck using a soft measuring tape. Leave enough room to comfortably fit two fingers between the tape and the neck.
Please compare your measurement with the size chart before ordering.
Care & Safety
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. Keep away from water, perfume, cleaning products, and prolonged humidity.
Designed for supervised decorative wear. Not intended for leash attachment, training, rough play, sleeping, or extended unsupervised wear. Use a separate harness for walks.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Contact support@kinriot.com within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery to request a return or report a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed order.
Standard, non-personalized items are eligible for change-of-mind returns only when new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and complete, subject to our Refund Policy. Every return requires written authorization and a confirmed return address. Ship an approved return within 14 calendar days of authorization.
Customers pay direct return shipping for change of mind or a customer-selected size, color or vehicle-fit issue. KINRIOT covers reasonable standard return shipping for an approved product or order fault when a physical return is required. No restocking fee applies.
Personalized, custom-made, altered or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Natural and handmade variations are not defects when the item remains materially consistent with its description. See our Refund Policy for full eligibility and refund terms.
