Please include the product name, selected size, your dog's neck measurement in centimeters, fur thickness, growth stage if relevant and intended wearing occasion. Do not share private details in public comments.

For damaged, wrong or missing items

Please email your order number, item name, delivery date, a short description of the issue and photos of the full item, problem area, packaging and shipping label. Do not allow a pet to wear a damaged item or any item with loose parts.

Order changes or cancellations

Email as soon as possible with your order number. We can only change or cancel an order before it has entered fulfillment.
