Travel beds & everyday carriers

• Remove loose hair and dirt gently. Wipe suitable exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoid soaking the padding or seams.
• Use mild cleaning products only when the care label permits them. Test a small hidden area first; avoid bleach, solvents and abrasive tools.
• Remove and wash a cover or insert only if the instructions expressly allow it. Do not machine-wash the complete carrier by default.
• Let every component dry fully before reassembly, storage or use. Keep away from direct heat.
• Inspect handles, straps, zips, snaps and stitching regularly. Stop use if a structural component is worn or damaged.

Know the material

Use the material description on the individual product listing when comparing designs. A leather-look finish does not by itself establish that a product is genuine leather. Water resistance, cleaning methods and removable components can vary between models.

No pet bed or carrier should be treated as chew-proof or indestructible. Surface water resistance does not mean the seams, filling or the whole product can be immersed.

Holiday Sleigh plush bed

Keep the bed indoors in a dry area. Remove loose hair gently and spot-clean as directed on the label. Check the label before washing a cover or insert and dry thoroughly. Inspect decorative parts and remove the bed from use if your pet starts pulling them loose or exposing the filling.

Sip & Go bottle and bowl

Rinse after use, clean according to the supplied instructions and allow the bottle and bowl to dry. Check the lid, seals and folding bowl before packing. Do not assume dishwasher or heat sterilization compatibility unless the care instructions confirm it.

Decorative crystal collars

• Remove before bathing, swimming, wet play, sleep, crating or unsupervised activity.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, machine-wash, steam-clean or use ultrasonic cleaning.
• Store separately in a dry place away from direct sun, humidity and harder objects that may scratch the surface.
• Inspect the base, closure, strands, stones, charms and any magnetic components before each use. Stop use if anything is loose, cracked, frayed or missing.
