These Terms of Service are issued by Rootaether LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating the consumer-facing brand KINRIOT (“KINRIOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of kinriot.com, our products, content, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted, to place an order. If you permit a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for their activity.

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. About KINRIOT Products

KINRIOT offers pet travel beds, everyday carriers, indoor resting beds, travel accessories, decorative crystal collars, personalized pieces where offered, and related products.

Products may be decorative, personalized, made to order, hand-finished, prepared in small batches, or assembled using natural materials. Product-specific dimensions, materials, sizing, care guidance, safety information, and intended uses are stated on the applicable product page.

3. Natural Materials and Handmade Variation

Natural crystals and gemstones may vary in color, clarity, inclusions, veining, transparency, pattern, shape, texture, and sheen. Handmade assembly may also result in minor differences between products.

Product photographs are intended to represent the overall design. Lighting, photography, screen settings, material availability, and natural variation may cause the item received to differ slightly from website images.

These variations are part of the individuality of each piece and are not defects when the product remains materially consistent with its description.

4. Crystal Meanings and Symbolic Content

References to crystal meanings, energy, intention, grounding, protection, calm, connection, confidence, love, balance, or similar themes describe cultural, spiritual, symbolic, or personal-belief traditions.

KINRIOT does not claim that crystals diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anxiety, illness, injury, behavioral conditions, or any medical or veterinary condition. Crystal products are not substitutes for veterinary diagnosis or treatment, qualified behavioral support, training, or appropriate safety equipment.

Individual experiences vary, and no particular energetic, emotional, behavioral, medical, veterinary, or spiritual result is guaranteed.

5. Pet Safety and Intended Use

Travel beds, carriers and home products

Use each product only for the purpose stated on its product page and supplied instructions. Check the fit for your pet and intended space before use. A comfort bed or carrier alone does not replace an appropriate pet vehicle restraint; padding, fitting straps or a tether do not establish crash protection. Follow product and vehicle instructions, keep pets away from the driver and vehicle controls, and never leave a pet unattended in a vehicle.

Inspect handles, straps, closures, stitching and hardware before use. Stop use if a component is damaged. Supervise pets that chew fabric, filling or decorative parts. Indoor resting beds are not carrying devices or vehicle restraints. Materials and cleaning methods vary by product; follow the care label.

Decorative collars and jewelry

KINRIOT jewelry collars and accessories must be used responsibly and in accordance with the applicable product description and safety guidance.

• Supervise your pet while it is wearing decorative jewelry.
• Select the correct size and regularly check the fit.
• Remove the jewelry during sleeping, crating, bathing, swimming, rough play, or unsupervised activity.
• Do not allow a pet to chew, scratch, pull, or play with crystals, beads, charms, chains, magnetic pieces, or hardware.
• Inspect the product before each use and stop use immediately if any component is loose, broken, damaged, or missing.
• Keep detached beads, charms, magnets, and other small components away from pets and children because they may present choking, ingestion, or injury hazards.

Some KINRIOT collars may support leash attachment only when the applicable product page expressly states that function. Follow the product-specific instructions and intended use.

A decorative design that is not expressly described for leash attachment must not be used as a primary restraint, training collar, tie-out device, or heavy-duty walking collar. Use appropriately rated walking equipment or a suitable harness for strong pulling, training, tie-out, or higher-force activities.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your pet’s species, size, neck measurement, strength, activity, behavior, skin sensitivity, and intended use.

6. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, prices, availability, and care instructions accurately. Displayed colors may vary depending on the device and screen settings used.

Products, materials, designs, features, packaging, and availability may change without notice. We may limit the quantities available to a customer, household, location, or order where reasonably necessary.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item.

7. Personalized, Custom, and Made-to-Order Products

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, measurements, colors, customization instructions, reference materials, and other information before submitting an order.

Contact support@kinriot.com immediately if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation, production, personalization, or fulfillment has begun.

Because personalized, custom, made-to-order, or altered products are prepared for an individual customer, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law or where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described. Full conditions are stated in our Refund Policy.

You confirm that any name, image, artwork, instructions, or other material supplied for customization may lawfully be used for your order and does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

8. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We accept an order when we send an express acceptance or shipment confirmation, or when fulfillment begins, whichever occurs first. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

• Product, component, or material unavailability.
• An incorrect price, discount, description, or other material product information.
• Suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or inability to verify order information.
• Reseller, automated, abusive, or unusually high-volume purchasing activity.
• Shipping, legal, sanctions, or geographic restrictions.
• A violation of these Terms or another published KINRIOT policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method. We reserve the right to request reasonable verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

9. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Product prices and the order total are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, and other third-party charges may apply as disclosed at checkout or imposed by the relevant authority or provider.

The payment methods available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, browser, order details, fraud screening, and payment provider. The display of a payment logo elsewhere on the website does not guarantee that the method will be available for every transaction.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable provider to charge the amount confirmed at checkout. KINRIOT does not directly store full payment-card or wallet credentials.

Payment may be authorized or collected when the order is placed. An order may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, flagged for review, or cannot be verified.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, automatic discounts, discount codes, bundles, gifts, and free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the applicable offer or at checkout. Offers may be limited by product, customer, order value, location, date, or availability and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

If different promotional messages appear, the discount and order total successfully applied and confirmed at checkout control. We may correct or cancel an offer published in error, subject to applicable law and any order already accepted.

11. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Processing periods, available destinations, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, and delivery-claim procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. The shipping option, charge, destination availability, and estimate confirmed at checkout apply to the order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after preparation or fulfillment has begun.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, remote destinations, security events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch an order within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will provide an update and any delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter preparation or fulfillment shortly after payment. Contact support@kinriot.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

A request is not approved until KINRIOT confirms it in writing. Once preparation, production, personalization, fulfillment, or shipment has begun, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

13. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, damaged or incorrect products, cancellations, refunds, returned parcels, and delivery claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and cannot be redirected to a different card, wallet, or bank account. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits a mandatory consumer right, legal guarantee, warranty, remedy, or cooling-off right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Information submitted through an account must be accurate and current.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.

15. User Content, Reviews, and Feedback

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, suggestion, customization material, or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that:

• You created the content or have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
• The content is accurate and not misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or abusive.
• The content does not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
• You have obtained permission from identifiable people appearing in the content where required.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Rootaether LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to fulfill your customization request, operate the Services, display reviews, respond to you, and provide customer support.

Where required by law, we will obtain additional permission before using customer content in paid advertising or unrelated promotional materials. We may decline, moderate, or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, misleading, or inconsistent with these Terms.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Services and all associated branding, logos, product names, designs, copy, photographs, videos, graphics, layouts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Rootaether LLC.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, commercially exploit, remove ownership notices from, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

KINRIOT and associated brand elements may be trademarks or other protected identifiers of Rootaether LLC. No right to use them is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use or link to payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics tools, social networks, review services, embedded content, and other third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. To the extent permitted by law, KINRIOT is not responsible for third-party content, independent services, availability, security practices, or acts outside our reasonable control.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Services or products unlawfully or in violation of another person’s rights.
• Submit false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information.
• Use another person’s payment method, identity, or account without authorization.
• Interfere with website security, availability, or operation.
• Introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or conduct automated scraping without permission.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
• Engage in refund abuse, chargeback abuse, review manipulation, promotion abuse, or other fraudulent activity.
• Resell products in a misleading manner or imply an unauthorized affiliation with KINRIOT.
• Misuse a product in a way that may harm a person, pet, property, or third party.

19. Website Availability

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our published policies or required by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact product-image color reproduction, continuous availability of any product or payment method, or any particular spiritual, energetic, emotional, behavioral, medical, or veterinary result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rootaether LLC, KINRIOT, and their owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed access, third-party services, or product misuse.

KINRIOT is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect sizing, failure to supervise, chewing or ingestion, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, use beyond the product-specific intended purpose, or failure to follow care and safety guidance.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order. This limitation does not apply where applicable law requires a different remedy or prohibits such a limitation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.

22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public-health events, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, transport interruption, customs action, government restriction, telecommunications failure, or widespread service-provider outage. This section does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other right required by applicable law.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including those concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution—will continue to apply.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, technology, business practices, payment arrangements, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with you.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory law in your place of residence applies.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@kinriot.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections, statutory remedies, or access to a court, regulator, or dispute-resolution forum available under applicable law.

26. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of the KINRIOT business, subject to applicable law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and order information incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and Rootaether LLC regarding the Services and replace prior versions concerning the same subject matter. If product-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
