Size & Fit
Measure around the base of your pet’s neck using a soft measuring tape. Leave enough room to comfortably fit two fingers between the tape and the neck.

Care & Safety
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use. Keep away from water, perfume, cleaning products, and prolonged humidity.
Designed for supervised decorative wear. Not intended for leash attachment, training, rough play, sleeping, or extended unsupervised wear. Use a separate harness for walks.

Ready-to-wear collars are covered by our 30-day no-return resolution policy.
If the size, style, or appearance is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video. Once approved, you may choose a refund or an available replacement. The product does not need to be mailed back.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims qualify for a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
